Board Performance Review

Using a combination of individual interviews, survey questionnaires and group workshops with Board members, we compiled a review framework appropriate to the particular context of the respective Companies and their industries, focusing on various aspects of the Board Members’ performance – individually and collectively.

The reviews found the Boards to be performing well and confident in their respective roles. Some opportunities were identified to strengthen the respective Board’s Charter by the setting of key governance principles, increasing focus on strategy formulation and for providing members with continuing development in directorship skills.
